NADO Research Foundation (NADO RF) and NeighborWorks America are partnering to offer this training opportunity highlighting how EDDs and nonprofit housing development organizations can work together to address growing housing unaffordability across the country.

Local and regional housing development partnerships can:

  • Access new funding opportunities

  • Boost the impact of affordable housing projects

  • Get more affordable housing built

This webinar will highlight two real-world examples of collaboration between EDDs and nonprofit housing developers. Featured speakers include Harrison Kanzler, Executive Director of AHEAD (Affordable, Housing, Education and Development) in New Hampshire, and Jay Trusty, Executive Director of the Southwest Minnesota Regional Development Commission. The session will also introduce a new mapping tool developed by NADO RF to strengthen collaboration between EDDs and housing organizations at the local and regional level.
