Dion Thompson-Davoli
Dion Thompson-Davoli joined the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO)’s team as Program Manager in 2024 after serving as an Economic Development Intern for six months at Smart Growth America. Prior to his internship, Dion was a Graduate Fellow at NADO from 2022 to 2023. As Program Manager, Dion primarily works on the Economic Development District Community of Practice (EDD CoP).
Journeying from Florida to Indiana, Dion completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in 2020. He also holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University and is a National Capital Area Chapter member of the American Planning Association (APA).
Dion is a DC-based NADO team member and can be found trying to complete his personal goal of jogging every street in DC. He also enjoys reading nonfiction, watching professional sports, and spending time with his wonderful four siblings. Bio from NADO.
