White Earth Tribal & Community College (WETCC) is a tribally chartered college located in Mahnomen, Minnesota, serving the White Earth Nation and surrounding communities. Founded in 1997, WETCC provides accessible, community-focused higher education rooted in Anishinaabe culture, language, values, and traditions. Through associate degree programs, workforce training, certificates, and lifelong learning opportunities, the college empowers students to achieve their educational and career goals while strengthening tribal sovereignty, cultural preservation, and community well-being.
