TJ Hansell is an experienced GOVCON professional having experience in both the business development and program management sides of the business. He is currently the Chief Growth Officer for the Redding Rancheria Contracting Services Corporation (RRCSCO), Tribal 8(a) and Chief Visionary for the Hansell Companies, LLC. He is the former Director of BD and Capture for Cayuse Government Operations/Cayuse Technologies, LLC. He is very knowledgeable on the socio-economic categories and regulations that govern them, especially the 8(a) program. He has vast experience in several facets of GovCon including Program Management. His work on programs has garnered several awards including being one of the first contractors ever to receive the Energy Rock Star award at DOE.

Mr. Hansell has close to two decades of experience working within government space whether at the Federal, Tribal, State, or local level. This experience crosses over into the grant sector of government as he is considered a grant expert. He has extensive experience working with grants and nonprofits that includes sitting on several board of directors like the National BOD for the Grant Professionals Association.
